Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our website www.veros.ai (the "Service"). We collect this information when you visit our website from your computer, tablet, phone or smartwatch ("Device"). We process personal data in a manner that is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”), the GDPR-based legislation and the other current privacy legislation. Information you provide
We collect personal data you provide us with directly, for example through the website, by e-mail or by telephone. In addition, Veros may obtain your personal data through third parties in the course of providing its services.

We use safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure and take steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. However, Veros cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to Veros or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. We request you to do your part to help us. You are responsible for controlling access to emails between you and Veros, at all times. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organization.
International transfer
We store your data within the European Economic Area ("EEA"). However, some of the data we collect may be transferred to or stored at a destination outside the EEA, for example because one of our third party service providers is located there. When this occurs, we ensure that this is done in a secure and lawful manner.
Retention period
In accordance with the law, Veros does not retain data any longer than is required forattaining the purposes for which they were collected unless Veros is obliged to do so based on a legal provision. If you send Veros an application for employment, Veros will retain your data for four weeks if no interview/employment follows. Your application may be seen by several Veros employees so that the most appropriate position for you, within the company, can be sought in your best interest. Upon request, Veros may keep your data for a possible new vacancy/other position for one year. You must give your explicit consent to do so.
Your rights
You have the right to request Veros to inspect your personal data. Within four weeks of receiving your request, you will receive an overview of your personal data held by Veros. If this overview reveals any inaccuracies, you may request that your data be amended, supplemented, removed or blocked.
